MP MENASHE, Israel – Caesarstone released its 1Q financial report in early May, and the company is cash-strong but revenue-soft following major changes late last year. Caesarstone reported $118.3 million in worldwide revenues during January-March, down 21% from the same time last year. The report notes that efforts to sell off most of the higher-production-cost material from the now-closed Richmond Hill, Ga., plant have been successful. The company is outsourcing more of its quartz-surface production to third-party manufacturers.
