QUEBEC CITY – Polycor Group completed its acquisition of ROCAMAT, a leading producer of natural stone in France and a significant presence in the international building stone production industry. Polycor has been a minority shareholder in ROCAMAT since 2018. Through the acquisition, Polycor gains control of 30 limestone quarries across France and four processing plants. The company also has nearly 160 employees. Polycor operates more than 80 quarries and 24 transformation plants, and employs nearly 1,500 people in Canada, France, and the United States.
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Park Industries turns 70 this year, and it’s inviting everyone to the celebration Oct. 3-4. ParkFest is scheduled at the company’s headquarters here and festivities will include product launches that provide a glimpse of the future of stone fabrication, machine demonstrations and interactive sessions to provide new skills and knowledge to participants.
